Skin localisation of the proteins injected into macaques. rhMOG or anti-DC-ASGPR-MOG conjugated to AF488 were injected intradermally and a skin biopsy of the injection site was analysed 4 h later by IHC. a) Detection of rhMOG in CD1a+ cells close to the epidermis. b) Co-localisation of anti-DC-ASGPR-MOG with CD163+ dermal cells.
