The RT-qPCR and Western Blot Analysis Reveal that Overexpression of miR-494 Suppresses LRG1 and Inhibits the Wnt Signaling Pathway

(A) qRT-PCR for assessing the expression of Wnt-1, β-catenin, LRG1, miR-494, VEGF, and FGF in cells after transfection of different mimic, inhibitor, or siRNA normalized to the blank group. (B and C) Western blot analysis for analyzing the expression of Wnt-1, β-catenin, LRG1, VEGF, and FGF in cells after transfection of different mimic, inhibitor, or siRNA normalized to β-actin. Data followed normal distribution, were expressed as means ± SD, and were analyzed by one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s post hoc test. The experiment was repeated three times. *p < 0.05 versus the blank and NC groups.
