GCs aspirated during IVF procedures were initially cultured for 4 days and then infected with CD24 shRNA lentivirus. FSH-pretreated cells (another 48 h) were exposed to hCG (1 U/ml) for 24 h. CD24 (a), SLCO2A1 (b), PTGS2 (c), PLA2G4A (d), AKR1C1 (e), PTGES (f), and ABCC4 (g) mRNA expression was quantified by real-time PCR and normalized to GAPDH expression.
