IL-17A levels in BALB/c mouse PBMCs cultured with EBV DNA and a TLR3 inhibitor. PBMCs were cultured with EBV DNA (9 × 103 copies), EBV DNA plus the TLR3 inhibitor (10 μM), the TLR3 inhibitor (10 μM) alone, or Staphylococcus epidermidis DNA (1.7 pg).
