Trimer-MAb IC formation does not affect MAb PGT145 or MAb F105 binding. The antigenicity of ICs captured by polyclonal goat antibody directed against rabbit IgG was determined by binding with the conformation-dependent MAb PGT145 or the conformation-independent MAb F105.
