Effects of rivaroxaban on PAR1, PAR2, and inflammation genes in cardiac myocytes

(A) The mRNA expression levels of PAR1 and PAR2 in CMs were increased after stimulation under hypoxia for 24 hours. Rivaroxaban treatment reduced both PAR1 and PAR2, and PAR2 significantly (n = 4–6 per group). (B) Protein levels of PAR2 in CMs showed no significant changes (n = 3–4 per group).
