FACS analysis is shown at the time of transfection and readout for G1, S, G2, and M samples. Note: G2 and M samples were transfected at the same time. For G2, RO3306 was maintained in the media during the experiment to maintain the block in G2, due to the fast transition observed between G2 and M phases.
