List of the relevant quantities near the wall. The nomenclature for the cases is the same as in Fig. 1. Here u is the instantaneous streamwise LES velocity at y = hwm and u′ is the instantaneous streamwise velocity fluctuation. In addition, 〈uv′〉 is the resolved Reynolds shear stress evaluated at the first LES grid point for all cases. All quantities are in wall units. For all the cases shown here, y0 = 0.0001δ, which corresponds to Reτ = 1400.
