Lesion was assigned clear cell likelihood score of 2. Because of location of lesion, safe path for percutaneous renal mass biopsy could not be identified. Patient underwent partial nephrectomy; histopathology results and positive homatropine methylbromide 45 immunostaining confirmed angiomyolipoma.
