A radiograph showing the method used to measure the position of the femoral tunnel according to the quadrant method. A grid is placed over the lateral femoral condyle and the superior border is aligned with the Blumensaat line and the inferior border with the distal end of the femoral condyle. The borders of the grid in the anteroposterior directions consist of the most anterior and posterior ends of the femoral condyle, forming distance C. Distance c is divided by distance C and the position is presented as a percentage from posterior to anterior (Fig. 4)
