After 4 weeks treated with RSG, db/db mice were produced a six mm circle wound on the dorsa by a punch biopsy and then pictures of the wound were taken every 2 days until day 14. RSG treatment accelerated wound closure in db/db mice. Representative pictures of wound closure on day 0, day 4, day 8, day12 and day 14 (A–T) and quantitative analysis (U).
