Secretion of IL18 of erlotinib-sensitized IGROV-1 cells. IGROV-1 cells were sensitized with erlotinib (1 µM) for 7 days. Secretion of IL18 of sensitized cells and untreated controls was quantified in the supernatants by ELISA. Bars show IL18 in pg/mL per 106 tumor cells.
