In the BS group, only fasting plasma total ghrelin (neither insulin nor leptin) levels were negatively correlated with BMI and positively correlated with craving for HC food. C-F. Total ghrelin, insulin, leptin levels and leptin/BMI ratio were lower than before the surgery.
