BAF complex composition and assembly. Schematic representation of the subunit composition and assembly of canonical BAF, PBAF and GBAF (also called non-canonical BAF). The core subunits are indicated in gray, the subunits of the ATPase module are indicated in beige, and the unique subunits pertaining to each complex are highlighted with different colors (red for BAF, blue/purple for PBAF and green for GBAF).
