(B,C) Primary human PBMCs upregulated BATF expression were electroporated with indicated siRNA then cultured with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 stimulation for 24 h, and IFN-γ (B) or IL-2 (C) protein levels in culture supernatants were measured by ELISA.
