Cohort 2: Oncology patients who were receiving active treatment and presented to urgent care with a potentially preventable symptom (5,731 urgent care visits). A potentially preventable symptom is defined as that which could be managed safely in the outpatient setting if the clinical team identifies said symptom early and manages it proactively.
