Rbm47 overexpression promotes IL-10 production in B cells. ad B cells were isolated from Tiger mice and infected with Rbm47-expressing lentiviral particles for 24 h. The infected cells were then washed and cultured for another 3 days in 6-well plates (at 1 × 106 cells/ml, total volume: 5 ml) in the presence of 10 μg/ml LPS. The levels of Rbm47 (a) or Il10 (c) mRNA were detected by q-PCR. The levels of Rbm47 (b) or IL-10 (d) protein were detected by western blotting or FACS, respectively. Numbers in b indicate the ratio of gray values of the corresponding protein to that of β-actin. Data are representative of at least three independent experiments, and error bars indicate the standard deviation. **P < 0.01
