Rbm47-overexpressing B cells facilitate Treg induction in vitro. a–d B cells were infected with Rbm47-GFP-expressing retroviral particles and sorted by FACS. Sorted cells were co-cultured with CD4+ T cells isolated from the spleens of C57BL/6 mice in medium containing anti-CD3, anti-CD28 antibodies and 10 μg/ml LPS. After 72 h, the cells and supernatant were subjected to FACS and ELISA analysis, respectively. The frequency and number of Tregs (a), IL-10 positive B cells (b), IL-10 concentration in the supernatant (c), or frequency of Tregs after neutralization by 10 μg/ml anti-IL-10 antibodies (d) are shown.
