CbsR12 binds to CsrA-2, but not CsrA-1, protein in vitro. EMSAs show RNA-protein interactions between biotin-labeled, in vitro-transcribed CbsR12 (0 or 1 nM) and increasing concentrations of purified, rCsrA-1 (A) or rCsrA-2 (B).
