Ingenuity Variant Analysis software (www.Ingenuity.com/variants) was used to identify recurrently mutated pathways for wildtype and Nf1 sarcomas. Shown are the number of molecules from each pathway where there is a non-synonymous SNV in the gene in one or more of our sarcomas. A right-tailed Fisher’s exact test was used to calculate p-values by considering (1) the number of focus genes that participate in that process and (2) the total number of genes that are known to be associated with that process in the selected reference set.
