Jzu 17 inhibits VEGFR‐2‐mediated signalling in HUVECs. HUVECs were treated with indicated concentrations of Jzu 17 for 30 min, followed by the stimulation with VEGF‐A (25 ng·ml−1) for another 5 (VEGFR‐2) or 20 (FAK, Src, Akt and ERK1/2) min. Phosphorylation status of VEGFR‐2 (a), FAK (b), Src (c), Akt (d), and ERK1/2 (e) were determined by immunoblotting. The compiled results of VEGFR‐2 Tyr1175 (a), Src Tyr416 (b), FAK Tyr397 (c), Akt Ser473 (d), and ERK1/2 Thr202/Tyr204 (e) phosphorylations are shown.
