The upper image was obtained from immediate postoperative CT scans, and the lower image was obtained from CT scans at 12 months after surgery. The volume of the remaining autologous bone flap was 67% of its original volume, and repeated cranioplasty was performed due to appearance issues that caused depression in the forehead area.
