Dynamics of infectious virions and total number of virions produced in MDCK.SUS2 cells infected by A/PR/8/34-delS1(1) in a parallel continuous bioreactor system with residence times (RT) of 22 and 36 h, respectively. Experimental data (open circles) and model fit (solid lines) are shown for (A,B) TCID₅₀ titer (infectious virion subpopulation of the FL S1-containing virions) and (C,D) HA titer which represents the sum of all viral subpopulations containing FL and DI S1.
