Protein expression analysis of the effect of galectin-3 inhibition on CSE-induced EPC autophagy. Galectin-3 protein was examined by Western blotting after EPCs were infected with 3 shRNAs for galectin-3 (shRNA-1, shRNA-2, and shRNA-3) or shRNA-NC (a).
