A, Lentivector‐mediated SNHG16 shRNAs (SNHG16 shRNA‐1 and SNHG16 shRNA‐2) or non‐targeting (NT) shRNA were transduced into OCI‐LY7 and OCI‐LY3 cells, and qRT‐PCR was subsequently performed to determine SNHG16 expression.
