In vivo treatment of NA11F12 at different doses after CA16 infection. One-day-old BALB/c mice were i.p. challenged with 54CCID₅₀/mouse BJCA08/CA16 and then i.p. treated with different doses of NA11F12 ranking from 10 μg/g to 0.001 μg/g (10-fold serial dilutions) at 1 day post-infection(DPI). The control mice were treated with Minimal Essential Medium (MEM, THERMO). Survival rates and health scores were monitored daily for 20 dpi. The Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test was used to compare the survival of mice between each group and control group at 20 days of post-infection. **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05.
