In vivo treatment of NA11F12 at different times after CA16 infection. Mice were challenged i.p. with 54CCID₅₀/mouse BJCA08/CA16 and then treated with NA11F12 at different days post-infection from day 1 to day 7. The control mice were treated with Minimal Essential Medium (MEM, THERMO). Survival rates and health scores were monitored daily for 20 dpi. The Log-rank (Mantel-Cox) test was used to compare the survival of mice between each group and control group at 20 days of post-infection. **p < 0.01, *p < 0.05.
