(b) Elution of IgG1 (red), IgG2 (yellow) and IgG4 (green) using a gradient of 0–200 mM EDTA (gray) at pH 7. All bound IgG2 and IgG4 could be eluted at a neutral pH whereas most IgG1 was retained on the column.
