The application plots degradation (red) and complementary synthesis (green) data. Each point represents the average of up to three experiments, and the vertical dashed lines represent the standard deviation. The data point markers are of three types: Round if there are data from 3 replicates, square if there are data from 2 replicates and diamond if there is only one replicate representing that time point. The user may adjust the parameters and observe the effects on curve fitting.
