Histochemical detection of superoxide anion in F0 common bean plants at 1.5, 3, 6, and 9 h after infection (hai). (B) Quantification of O2 was performed using the protocol described by Juszczak and Baier, 2014. Images were taken using a digital camera Nikon 5500 (Nikon Corp., Tokyo, Japan). Statistical significance was determined using one-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test, p < 0.05. Means with the same letter are not significantly different.
