LncRNA ANRIL was lowly expressed in AECOPD patients compared with stable COPD patients and HCs. Downregulated lncRNA ANRIL expression was observed in AECOPD patients compared with stable COPD patients and HCs, while there was no difference in lncRNA ANRIL expression between stable COPD and HCs. The comparison was determined by Wilcoxon rank sum test. P < 0.05 was considered significant.
