Inhibitory activity of GPI-anchored peptides in transduced human T cells against an X4-tropic HIV-1 isolate. CEMss-CCR5 cells transduced with GPI-2P23/GFP, GPI-C34/GFP, or GPI-4B10/GFP were infected with 1,000 TCID50 of the X4-tropic NL4-3 isolate and monitored by intracellular HIV-1 P24 Gag and GFP expression by flow cytometry.
