Age, days since stroke, Functional Independence Measure (FIM), Behavioral Inattention Test (BIT), Purdue Peg Board (PPB), and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) scores are provided as the median and range (). Thumb Localizing Test (TLT), Chedoke-McMaster Stroke Assessment (CMSA) and Modified Ashworth Scores (MAS) provide number of subjects in each category []. For example, 6 values for MAS correspond to number of subjects that scored [0, 1, 1+, 2, 3, 4]. TLT values provide scores in which stroke survivors localized their affected thumb using their less affected hand. Individuals with hemispatial neglect were categorized from BIT scores (BIT< 129) [24]. Stoke types included ischemic (Isc) and hemorrhagic (Hem). Some clinical assessments were not obtained from all stroke survivors: a = 107, b = 106, c = 104, d = 67, e = 68
