20-HETE and 5,6-EET can be converted by cyclo-oxygenase to analogues of prostaglandins. Note that there are at least 4 types of EETS: 5, 6-EET; 8, 9-EET; 11, 12-EET and 14, 15-EET are formed from AA that may have overlapping actions. Both EPA and DHA may undergo similar metabolic pathways.
