Transient transfection of ACC cell line (SW-13) with CYP4B1 vector increases cell death and sensitizes cells to chemotherapeutic agents. Twenty-four hours post-transfection, cells were treated with or without chemotherapy. Twenty-four hours after, cell death was measured via Trypan blue assay.
