Fmr1 knockout (KO) mice had significantly enhanced prepulse inhibition compared to wild type (WT) mice, as well as seizure mice had significantly reduced inhibition compared to control mice (A). Fmr1 KO mice had significantly reduced startle responses across all decibel (dB) levels compared to WT mice, as well as specifically at higher dB levels (100, 105, 110, 115, 120) (B).
