The independent sample t test in SPSS20.0 was used to determine whether lymph node metastasis was a grouping variable, and the expression of the sodium ion channel subtype was a test variable. When the sig value of the Levene test is greater than 0.05, the T value and the P value are obtained by assuming the variance is equal. When the sig value of the Levene test is less than 0.05, the T value and the P value are obtained by assuming that the variances are not equal. An obtained P value < 0.05 is indicated in italic
