Two month old nude mice were s.c. injected with one million HeLa cells tranfected with scramble or miR-138 and the tumor volume was measured and calculated as length x width x width/2 at week 2, 3 and 4 after injection (A). On week 4, the mice were sacrificed and the tumors were weighted (B). (C) Pictures were taken at week 4 before the mice sacrificed.
