C and D, HEK293T (A) and U2OS (B) cells stably expressing DR‐GFP were cotransfected with the indicated siRNAs and expression vectors. After 24 h of transfection, cells were treated with 10 μmol/L triamcinolone acetonide for 48 h. GFP‐positive cells were analyzed using fluorescene‐activated cell sorting (FACS).
