Nlrp3 deficiency increases lung innate cell recruitment during N. brasiliensis infection. WT and Nlrp3−/− mice were infected with N. brasiliensis (Nb) and day 2 postinfected lung alveolar (alv.) Mφ (CD11bloSiglec-F+CD11c+), neutrophil (CD11b+Siglec-FLy6G+), and eosinophil (CD11b+Siglec-F+) (A) frequencies of live cells and (B) absolute numbers were measured by flow cytometry.
