Effects of Bag-1 siRNA and cisplatin on the regulation of LDH activity in A549 cell culture medium. A549 cells were grown and infected by Bag-1 or negative control siRNA for 48 hrs and then treated with 5 μg/mL cisplatin for 24 hrs and subjected to the LDH assay. *p=0.000 vs.the non-treatment group and ^#p=0.001 vs the negative control siRNA group.
