Effects of Bag-1 siRNA and cisplatin on the regulation of various protein expression and activity. A549 cells were grown and infected by Bag-1 or negative control siRNA for 48 hrs and then treated with 5 μg/mL cisplatin for 24 hrs and subjected to Western blot analysis of Hsp70, Bax, Bcl-2, P-AKT, AKT, P-ERK, ERK, and cleaved-Caspase-3.
