Phylogenetic tree of COEs in B. tabaci MED. A total of 103 COE amino acid sequences were used in the phylogenetic analysis. The phylogenetic tree was constructed using MEGA 6 with the neighbor-joining (NJ) method based on the Jones–Taylor–Thornton (JTT) model with a uniform substitution rate. Bootstrap values shown at branch points are expressed as percentages calculated from 1000 replicates. The catalytic residues and GXSXG consensus sequence around serine active site are shown at the right of the phylogenetic tree.
