Table 1. Weighting systems for resilience indicators.

A larger value means the indicator is given more weight in calculation of the resilience score. Weighting systems 3–9 are based on Table 2 in [12]. Root mean square errors (RMSE) are from the comparison of weighted indicator resilience ranks against unweighted indicator resilience ranks.
