Monotherapy with onalespib or ¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTATATE in spheroids. Growth of spheroids treated with (A, D and G) onalespib or (B, E and H) ¹⁷⁷Lu-DOTATATE at day 14 (NCI-H460 cells) or day 20 (BON and NCI-H727 cells) with representative spheroid images (C, F and I) for the (A-C) BON, (D-F) NCI-H727 and (G-I) NCI-H460 cell-derived spheroids.
