Schematic of the structure of amph-ligands and the process of amph-ligand vaccine-boosting approach. The amph-ligand consists of lipid, PEG and CAR ligand. The long-chain lipid moiety could bind to serum albumin that facilitates the accumulation of the amph-ligand into the lymph nodes.
