SHuffle cells are under H₂O₂induced oxidative stress. Cells expressing either the free radical reporter plasmid (wild type MB2938 and SHuffle MB2940) or the H₂O₂ reporter plasmid (wild type MB2942 and SHuffle MB2944) were serially diluted and spotted on rich plates. Plates were visualized either in visible light or using Typhoon scanner.
