Measurement of IN-DNA binding over time using fluorescence anisotropy. Effect of RAL (A) and NSC34931 (B) on the DNA-binding property of IN. A three-fold serial dilution of RAL from 12.3 to 152 nM and from 50.8 to 1.88 nM for NSC34931 was used. In addition, controls with DMSO (0 µM) or without IN (DNA only) were included.
