Degradation of AFB₁ and ZEN by the Ganoderma sp. laccase in the presence of a certain mediator. AFB₁ and ZEN (5 μg/mL each) were individually incubated with a Ganoderma sp. laccase (0.03 U/mL) and 1 mM of methyl syringate or one of the plant extracts (5 mg/mL) at 30 °C for 10 h. 1, no mediator control; 2, methyl syringate; 3, E. brevicornu extract; 4, C. sativus L. extract; 5, L. angustifolia extract; 6, A. officinalis extract; 7, S. tenuifolia extract.
