Injection wound healing in Acyrthosiphon pisum 1 h post-injection with water (A1–A3), U-MYRTX-MANr1 (16 mg·mL−1) (B1–B3), or crude Manica rubida venom (1 mg·mL−1) (C1–C3) (30 individuals injected per treatment). Hemolymph coagulation was impaired in aphids injected with U-MYRTX-MANr1, but the effects were more severe with crude venom, resulting in a massive loss of hemolymph.
